Fisherwomen have been historically invisible in Costa Rica despite playing a very important part in fishing and processing the product. This is why the country starts a process to strengthen women through several activities. One of which is an exchange of fisherwomen from rivers, coasts, and sea from all over the country to share good practices and learn by doing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
