The Conference allowed different groups to share their experiences on understanding of rights regimes. 139 participants attended the conference from 38 countries from across Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe and North America. The discussions were holistic, covering a full package of considerations including a human-rights approach.
