The proposed Guidelines have been prepared by the Office for consideration and possible adoption by a Meeting of Experts to Adopt Flag State Guidelines for the implementation of the Work in Fishing Convention, 2007 (No. 188) held in at ILO headquarters in Geneva from 21 to 25 September 2015.
