The Pakistan Navy has rescued seven fishermen in Khobar Creek near Keti Bandar. According to reports, special teams and the aviation unit participated in the rescue operation, said a statement issued by the ISPR on Thursday. Local fishermen informed the Pakistan Navy base at Keti Bandar about a sinking boat with 12 fishermen on board. A search and rescue operation was immediately launched and two marine teams on speedboats were dispatched to the creek. The site was approximately 19.4 nautical miles away from Keti Bandar. After strenuous efforts, seven fishermen were rescued from the creek, while search for the remaining fishermen was underway.
