The Reliance Foundation on Friday conducted an interactive session with farmers and fishermen and arranged expert advice on issues pertaining to fishing boat tracking system. Farmers and fishermen from East Godavari, West Godavari, Srikakulam and Visakhapatnam districts participated in the session, in which deputy director of the Animal Husbandry department Gabriel interacted with the farmers through video-conferencing. He gave them several tips on improving milk production and protecting the health of the domesticated animals. Deputy director of the Fisheries Department Angeli spoke about the fishing boats tracing system being implemented on a pilot basis in East Godavari by the foundation.
