At least 14 Pakistani fishermen, including a minor, were caught and their two boats-Al Osama and Al Razak- seized by Indian Coast Guard from within Indian maritime boundary near Jakhau on Sunday. These fishermen’s arrest follows the capture of a group of 20 Pakistanis in three boats 80 nautical miles north west of Okha on Thursday last.

These 14 Pakistani fishermen and those held earlier have been handed over to police at Okha, Indian Coast Guard sources said. Indian Coast Guard Mirabehn had chased and held 20 fishermen last week. This time too, the same Indian Coast Guard vessel was instrumental in apprehending the 14 Pakistani fishermen.
